Mr. Andrew W. Green has more than twenty years of experience as both a trial attorney and a Certified Public Accountant specializing in forensic accounting, business valuation, expert witness testimony and other areas where the law and accounting converge. He has been a Certified Valuation Analyst since 2007 and has testified in state and federal courts on business valuation and economic damages issues.

SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE

Represented liquidator of Kentucky Central Life Insurance for numerous claims exceeding $100 million; supervised testifying accounting experts and prepared appellate brief wherein the Kentucky Court of appeals reversed trial court and held the Webb brothers liable on personal guarantees totaling approximately $120 million.

Represented the trustee appointed under the Securities Investor Protection Act to recover roughly $6 million in funds unlawfully taken by the owner of the brokerage house in a ponzi scheme; supervised expert accounting consultants throughout liquidation.

Represented hundreds of clients in state/federal court as trial counsel in both criminal and civil cases as well as active in family law courts.

Prepared substantial number of business valuations for both taxation and litigation purposes. Mr. Green has also been recognized by state/federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky as an expert witness on business valuation and economic damages issues and has testified in such cases for more than a decade.
